Yeah I don't think the "new sites boost" (or the sudden lack thereof) is the cause of this* problem.
The absense of (new) backlinks might be, though.
Peer, have you been promoting your site as vigorously as before? Or maybe you've overdone it???? I dunno
Any changes -- either on-site or off-site (read: backlinks) -- that could have been of influence? Or maybe: not enough changes, making the SEs believe the site is stale???

Ummm. Google is a bit picky nowadays.
A mere forum sig link or some other crappy backlink may not cut it Google's addurl will bring googlebot in, but unless you have at least done something (NEW) to trigger further action, it won't help much.
Peer, have you triple-checked if the page(s) you submitted to G sitemaps didn't contain something "icky"?

All the pages are redirected to a 404 not found error..which are customized to this text

So all supplemental(pages not found), and those pages no longer exist, hence removed by google. create some pages, add content then expect them to get indexed.
So , If your website doesnt have any pages, then how will it get indexed????
If you have made new pages, then give them some time and submit inner pages URL`s to directories as well and get links to inner pages, they will take a little time, but will get indexed.
And if you renamed and edited those old pages only to make new ones, then you could set redirect them to new pages..
