You have to calculate the Link Flow Average of each page. That’s why it’s impossible after about 30 pages. PR is calculated on a logarithmic scale, so you can’t rely on that. In order to accurately adjust the link flow of a website you have to know precisely how the link flow is distributed. Once you have the hierarchy in the form of a list, then you can easily use nofollow tags and other methods to balance it out.
