The OP asked a very generic "question" which was not specific enough or informative enough to warrant a sensible response.

In response to petervasilev - SEO is split up basically in to on page and off page factors.

On page factors are things that you can do to your site - code, structure, layout and even server technology and plug in tools etc. These all pertain to on page SEO. This is the stuff that you have the most control off, it is also less and less significant the more competitive a keyword you are targeting.

Off page factors are basically links and references to your site such as social media interactions, videos, press releases, discussions etc.

well friend you can use the targeted keyword in permalinks, inside content, tags. I thinks this is enough, don't use keyword too many times to avoid keyword stuffing.Write content for visitors not for search engines.
