I see it now..on your /pluming page the pic of the 5 water heaters has a title of Rio something and the alt text is 'tlc pluming Albuquerque' I'm assuming the reason why it came up in the search results. Which leads me to believe Google doesn't do anything with the the title...the alt text is what google uses.
But you can type the same 'tlc pluming Albuquerque' words on the page and get the same results. As KP said, the title is good for impaired people, keyword awareness and it won't hurt. But your going to get your kick from the alt text.
