I own the org and .com (All the SEO money when to .org) but .com is identical :(
I own the org and .com (All the SEO money when to .org) but .com is identical
I know – I know – I didn’t know about all this “Duplicate Content Stuff until now” BUT NOW, the .com and identical content - is a PR2? (.org is PR3) So now, what do I do? I was thinking maybe have the index page only (on the .com) and have all links to the .org (Which I spent a lot of money on) Any suggestions? |

Decide which name you like best, and then 301 redirect the other to it.

Thats best. Just 301 the Bi#cH? A PR2, just 301 it? For some reason, I thought the PR2 would be worth something. Shoooooot. If you are the expert. I am a newb. Any other votes? |

301 redirecting will pass the Page Rank and trust and backlinks of the redirected domain to the destination domain, so you won't lose the "juice" you have built up in the domain. |
