How to handle too many links on page

I am facing a problem with too many links per page and as far as I am experienced this can lower my rank for each page.
The problem is that I am having 2 navigation bars always visible, the main navigation is a regular one for desktop and laptops but if the page has been loaded in tablet or smart phone the main nav hides and users can use the side one.

Link to the example page: stoikovstroi.com/en/hm/gd/sec/60mm.php

Main nav marked in blue and side nav marked in green:

    Navigation for mobiles and tablets:

So the links are repeated twice which means:
    Total links: 151
    Duplicated links: 83

If I clear those 83 links than that means I will have total of 68 link for my page and my ranking should be better.

What would me suggest me to do?
If I place rel=”nofollow” to all duplicated links(for the mobile version) would that help me or I should do something else?

page rank flow is the page rank of the page divided by the total number of links on the page regardless of nofollow so adding that wont help you.

It used to be the case that Google would only index the first 100kb of a page along with the firsts 100 links it found. Google have since raised that limit but I have been unable to find out what the limit is now. However it makes sense to keep well under the old limit where possible which gives more power to the pages your linking to. .
