    Post How to Get Sitelinks from Google Like this ??


    Hi

    i have a website using google webmasters i have created sitelinks for the website by for some reason they are not being arranged in column, as i wanted them to have.

    Can someone help me here, in how to get the sitelinks arrange this way..

    like when you search for BBC on google the way you get the sitelinks,i want my sitelinks to be displayed the same way in the search results..

    Unfortunately, you can't make Google display sitelinks. Google only displays them when it thinks they will be useful for the user... There are some basic guidelines here:

    Hi john81,

    Sitelinks are generated automatically, so whilst you can "demote" (or "undemote") urls (in GWT), you cannot 'choose' how to arrange them.
    In fact you often see that the links are arranged differently depending on the search term you use (assuming you have sitelinks for more than one term).
    All you can do is to adjust your on-site navigation to try to work with the algorithm to get what you want.
