The store script should do that for you if it does not have a programmer write a module for it. Then you can just click a button and have the new sitemap written to disk when you add new product.

I couldn't figure out how to do a xml map either and the programmer was too busy to help out at the time, so I created a text file, listing a url on each line. Google excepts them that way too. You can run something like Xenu's Link Sleuth to list them all for you.

Just used a free one here http://www.sitemapspal.com/, shouldnt an xml sitemap list every single one of your pages on your site or just the index page links.

It should list every page. Some sections of sites are difficult for search engines to find, so you submit a SiteMap to them to help.

If the tool you used only listed the links it found on the home page... perhaps you need better internal linkage?

Run it again, but this time type in a page url the tool didn't find the first time.

I personalyl would'nt create a sitemap of one page with 600 links, that's pretty silly... that's not conducive for visitors at all. Hopefully your navigation reflects a clear and concise pattern so ppl can visit any page within two clicks. You could put directory ubs headings and drop your 600 pages to 50.
