Raven is about to stop reporting on Google rankings. I wonder if Google is becoming that strict that they had to make that decision? And will other tools follow?

Link: "According to the Google AdWords API team, these actions by this deadline will bring our software into compliance with the AdWords API Terms of Service..."They state repeatedly that this is specifically to avoid violating google ToS. What is to wonder about?
