are you using a tool or the actual google toolbar? toolbar pr is updating a lot, sometimes not globally sometimes its justa handful of sites. it still means nothing though

TBPR sometimes malfunctioning...its shows PR value which isn't the real PR of the page...for better clarification of it, check it through digpagerank.com...
