My forum is new (30 days)
Googlebot is always there on my forum.
is this good for my forum rankings,pagerank and serp's ?
need to know this.

Right now it doesn't mean too much.
Your PR depends on your backlinks (and won't show for at least one - possible 2 - PR updates), but frequent spidering is (usually) a sign of a "healthy" backlink situation / frequent site updates / the site being recognised as a forum.
Your rankings (serps) depends on your content and incoming anchors.
You could make an educated guess from what you know of your seo/backlinks situation, but - in reality - you won't know until it happens!
