Google Webmaster Tools: Top Search Queries - not showing up in search?

I have a site that is supposedly listed as position 5 and 6 for different keywords but when I click the query I can't find my site. The last update was yesterday. Is there a reason why my site doesn't show up in the searches even though Google says I rank for them? Wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

    Thanks!

May be a silly oversight and I've done this too but are you sure you are not looking at last weeks data? There are options to choose from several date periods. Also, maybe your searches are getting results from a different server.

    Just a stab...

Thanks for the reply, I checked again and I'm only viewing the last 7 days of data. The site is fairly new and the terms only showed up today on webmaster tools. Maybe I'll give it some time and take a look again tomorrow. I just find it odd that I can't find site on any of the pages yet it says I'm ranked 5th and 6th.

I have the same problem. Some of googles servers display different serps if I am not mistaken. Whatever server the person clicked on your ad in, google marks it down at that position. You will likely find yourself a few pages back in the serps for those keywords on the server you are bouncing off of if you look closely.

What? Google not reporting something 100% entirely correct?! Somebody call the AP!

Couldn't resist. Most likely different servers or localization/personalization is causing the discrepancy.

Keep an eye on your traffic/sales - that's what really matters!
