Google webmaster says my site is slower than 96% of the sites
I'm maintaining a couple of websites. My web host is awardspace. It looks to me reasonable web hosting provider.

When I checked my website: payment gateways in the Google webmaster dashboard it says it's each page access time is 15ms and is slower than 96% of websites in the world.

I'd already done some optimizations to make it fast and this site contains some 30 articles.

I need suggestions:
Is the web hosting performance issue? If yes I want some fast web hosting providers?

I can't optimize this site beyond this.
