Google Webmaster Keywords vs. Analytics Keywords

Question for any of you who are Google Webmaster Tools experts. I've always had trouble interpreting the keywords statistics. Here's the latest example.

There is a keyword that people reach one of my sites with that is the #1 keyword on Webmaster tools both in terms of queries and traffic. Yet, it (or anything close to it) doesn't even show up in my keywords in Google Analytics during the same time period.

The keyword is contained in the site and for some reason I rank highly for it, yet it is not the main focus of the site. For example, let's say I sold surfboards (which I don't) and the keyword that Webmaster Tools told me was my top keyword was something like "applying wax." I get a lot of traffic, but of course that keyword means a lot of different things to a lot of different people, not just surfers, so I've never maximized that term and the bounce rate is significant.

What would cause the difference between the stats in Webmaster tools and the stats in analytics?

    Thanks.

Just a gentle bump in case anyone had any ideas here. Thanks again.
