Google traffic almost lost

Hi friends,

I am looking for your suggestion for my website.

before Google Panda, we get very good traffic from Google, but after that drop the traffic, very slow manner but less traffic, now almost lost the traffic

after made some changes we got ' 2nd position on google with 'PHP SCRIPTS' after 7 to 8 day it disappear not event top 100.

need help and suggestion to back on top.
