If you Google a large company's name like Harris Teeter or Krogers you will see they have the top list and a lot of times they have a sub menu below. i.e. contact, products, about us.......

how do you acquire this heading with sub menu for your company name?

any help would be awesome.

This "sub menu" is called sitelinks. Google explains them here: How does Google compile the list of links shown below some search results?
