If I will use http://linksbuilding.net link building services then it will help me to get good rank in google or not please give me your comments.

I'm not familiar with this service, but my opinion is that wep page which google PageRank is 2 can't help you to improve your rankings in google ;)

Page rank has nothing to do with rankings. Relevance has everything.

An exmaple.

A PR 10 about chicken's eggs links to a site about honda car parts.

A PR 5 site about Honda car parts links to a site about hond car parts.

The PR 5 site would be far more benneficial to the site about Honda car parts.

The PR 10 site would do nothing for it.

Looking at PR as a measure of relevance is a very bad idea and a complete waste of time.

These kind of networks used to work years ago but don't help any more

Google can see 74 blog all link to the same sites over and over again and looks for these link networks all the time. You need unique links not 74 links that look like a link network.

Stay away from link sellers that sell links from multiple sites to your site as google will see the pattern
IE Google bots thinking these 5 sites all have links to the same sites should I give them a penilty I'll think I'll incress the penilty filter value by 1 if penilty value = ? I'll drop them and I am not going to count these links

If you want to test it try it on a site that not important to you and use uncompetative keywords somethink with less then 1000 results. I bet you won't even get listed if you only use these links
