Google swopped our pages?

i have had this happen before but not sure why?
for our main term we are trying to rank for we were at page 5 for one page while our home page was at page 10. Not the best i know but as our home page was at page 10 i thought i would try a few different things out on it to try to rank it better. i have made some changes maninly in the title, but now google seems to have placed our home page from page 10 and replaced the other page at 5 which has now moved down to 10!?

any ideas why this is?

Chris

i think it is just a coincidence that they have exactly swapped positions. One page went up in the SERPs because you improved the SEO on that page and the other went down.
