Google Rankings Differ from California to Ohio
Greetings,
I work in California and have been performing SEO on a site for a company in Ohio. In CA when I enter one of our search phrases on Google, I see my client at #3 in the natural rankings. When my Ohio client enters the same phrase on Google, their site is not found in the top 10.
For the exact same search phrase we are both seeing a different set of results. What's up with this?

Used to be because Google has several servers and depending on which server you are accessing, your results would be served up differently. I'm not sure if the Google Caffeine update changed this, which why I began my post with "used to be."

First you need to make sure both you and your client have Google personalized search turned off: http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=54048 in the past personalized search was only on when you were logging into your Google account that is no longer the case. You also might want to use a tool like Authority Labs - http://www.authoritylabs.com they use Google's API as their data source so the information tends to be more accurate. Despite these suggestions you are still likely to see some variations in rankings a spot or two when checking SERPs (at least that is what I'm seeing these days too).

Really?
are you sure it's happening?
It would not be happened. It is based on algorithms. which you are saying is personalized.
I've not found this type of result yet and Google performing this task on the basis of algorithms not personalized.
