hi ...
I wanna ask to you that my website has more back links then other site....but my site google rank is not high....
what should i do????
i just seen many sites which have only 100-110 back links....but they are at top on google page....

please reply me .......

It's the quality of the back links, not the quality. You are better off with 10 high quality back links than 1000 PR0s.

You should note that ranking results in Google has several parameters and however backlink is an important parameter for it, but its not the only parameter and you should check other factors on your website and your competitors websites too.
About your second question for making quality backlinks; You should make backlinks for your website from sites which have powerful backlinks, contents and good Alexa ranking, Good pagerank and .... . You easily can detect quality or non quality websites by checking their status. For example article directories, press release website, social bookmarking sites, some web directories and hub pages are good resources for making quality backlinks for your website.
