Dear all I've created one site on google sites maker... so I want to know this would be helpful to increase traffic for my source website... If yes then how can I promote my newly created google sites????

There's no assurance. Creating pages in google sites maker doesn't mean that you'll get good rankings and increase in traffic because it depends on your content optimization, link building and etc.
