I read one post from Himanshu, was an example for how you can get really great links in the plumbing niche, with some interesting links attached. I hope I am not wrong, just do a search for his posts, it's a recent one.

Well fair enough then mate. Personally I pay very little attention to my pagerank. I see myriad examples of PR2 sites outperforming PR4s and 5s. Regardless, keep your eyes open for clues that might show you pagerank is not as important as it once was in ranking, it may serve you well... if I am right that is
