How new is the website? I had a problem with this once. It turns out that the domain name was mistakenly put on a blacklist.
The domain name was put on the list 4 days before it was purchased. I submitted a re-inclusion request to google, and included all of the information I was able to gather and the within three days it was up and had a PR of 3.
This was a new website that had never been indexed before, but I had been getting link backs for about 4 months.
If it is a brand new site, just get some good link backs from some high pr, relevent pages. If you have already done that submit the re-inclusion to google.

Get a quality inbound link
I agree with what a few others have said - the sureshot way to get Google index your page is to get high quality inbound links...not sure if links from social bookmarking pages (even those not having rel=no follow tags) will help...most of these sites will not give a link to you from a high PR page
I can suggest the page I co-ordinate for you to have a look at for ideas on getting quality inbound links...it is called LinxJinx - The Inbound Links Encyclopedia. As I am not allowed to post a url, I suggest you search on the word LinxJinx in yahoo, it usually appears in top 5...
Hope this helps

If none of the pages gets indexed try
buying a link with a PR6 page, it costs but at least your homepage will be indexed in a matter of two days.
If you can afford to do it for free and have no time restraints try putting your link in forum signatures, social bookmarking places, include it in your other sites (even if its irrelevant)

because, if you have a link in your sig, or just text url or w/e you want, it will get indexed faster.
the reason behind this theory is that google, as well as most of the other major SE's out there, pay more attention to content rich sites. so eg; forums, blog, article directories.
There is always ever changing and new content on these types of sites, so the SE's must keep coming back to search for new information and then index that new information that they find on the forum/blog/article directory.
When the SE's come by a topic, say for instance this one right here, they will search all the text through this topic and search for specific keywords, look for links, and anything else that tickles the algorithims of the bots.
When they see your link in your signature, the go "oh a link, ill make a note to follow that later".
The bots then will follow the featured link in the signature to where ever well of course the link points to!
This is how the signature thing, as you described it works

Make sure that your site has good internal linking structure.
A good way to do this is by creating a HTML sitemap and linking to it from every page. This ensures all pages are no more than 2-3 clicks away from each other.
