Google Image Search incorrect?

Google Image Search incorrect?

I know there are many pics of mine on Google images, as they show up when I put in various search terms
However when I do a 'site:mydomain' search for images from my site it only brings up 1 result from my site. Why does it only pick up 1, when I know there are many more?

use images title, description, keywords and image name
