Newbie Issue
I spent some time trying to find some info on this on other forums but no luck with useful information. The site is Albany Graphics you will have to guess the url site rules. and yes I am not the best with SEO so please don't cringe to loudly.
I only get a PR for the top page Index.html can someone offer any incite The site is developed with XHTML, external CSS, Div Tag no Tables. Some PHP
I have unique titles and meta plus a lot of good content whats up? I don't care what the PR is just that I get one.

I was told that a xml site map was better than a html format. Is this not true?
I know folks don't want to offer free SEO services I do get that. So all I ask is what tool can I use to find the internal link error myself? Can you share?

I am not supposed to give links but google 2minuteSEO, it is a tool that gives you page-by-page insight and you can also get a report that tells you how to develop your robot and sitemap. Let me know if you find it helpful!

Thanks for the advice however we just fired our SEO and will have to wait for the volum to increase before we can afford to replace him. I'm the inhouse SEO for now "shocking" but we do what we have to. I tride to get good quality link backs and create better internal page linking but it's a work in progress. I'm new at this.

IBP is a good tool, so is webceo. But still, before you use this tools, you still need to conduct manual keyword research to start with. Maybe, just maybe you're focusing on internal linking structure without seeing the whole picture that perhaps it's the content or the site structure etc. Revisit your website from ground up and do some on page optimization where it requires then proceed with off-page optimization.
