What do you mean "in bed in the US"! I'm in the UK and I was in bed at 6:00 AM on a Sunday!!

By the way I'm doing really well with my sites. All have jumped many positions and all have hit the top ten for at least one of the targeted keywords.

If you want to see, if the dance is over, take the cool tool on this website.

Look up for yahoo-links in the google index. If the sum of the results are the same, then the google dance is over.

Yes, the main google was just updated. I'm confused, they update even before the end of the dance too? I'm really happy for my positions on all of my targeted keywords! I'm like on the 13th place when you search free flash!

its strange because the directory-xx.google.com has not updated.. as far as i can see. And yet it does look as though the www.google.com has the new dump.

It's not through yet. If you check all 10 datacenters, some of them are showing different results. The dance is over when all 10 show the same results.

They do seem to move data from www2 & www3 over to www during stages of the dance, then for a time www will revert back to last months index, then back again when it is completed.

Love the google dance site and love to see these boards!

PhilG - no, Google doesn't have the new DMOZ dump yet for its directory. This is because the DMOZ RDF dump still has problems.
