Google caching URL minus www.
Hi,
When I perform the search [site This would indicate to me that Google is not caching the www. in my URL. Can anyone explain this? Cheers, Tom |

This is quite common, and is known as URL canonicalisation. There's a link in my signature to the FAQs about this and how to resolve it.
Chances are it means that somewhere (either in you site or on an external site) there's a link to the non-www version.

Thanks Jagnet, I have read the relevant section and now understand the problem better.
