Does buying google adwords helps me in google optimization???

I have heard that google looks with a suspicious eye on the new sites going high without PPC campaign.

Please advice me.

It's a complement to SEO that may give positive results. But in this case you'll attempt to bring traffic from a search portal to your site not directly through a good position of your page in organic search results achieved by on - page content and link popularity, but through this Google's advertising program that will place your ad on a relevant search result page. So though AdWord is thought to be a good complement to SE marketing, naturally it's an optional thing and doesn't not affect Google's attitude to your site.
