Geotargeting non-com domains
This is just ridiculuos: Why can't you change GEO target for country specific domains. Don't you think?

Hmm, interesting, I didn't realise that this was explicitly stated in the Google webmaster site..
Makes you wonder whether all those Television stations that use the Tuvalu top level domain .tv for their domain names are causing themselves issues in the SERPs. Or those that use the .us domain such as del.icio.us and sscript.aculo.us Or maybe Google has special measures in place for domains/TLD's such as this.
