Follow the links on-page but nofollow particular
If I use: <meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow"/> on a page because I don`t want that page to be indexed, and i want some links from that page to be followed
and in the same time I use on that page: rel="nofollow" on some links
What the crawlers will do? they will follow all the links? Or they will follow all the links and the links with rel="nofollow" will not follow?

It looks like you've taken the correct approach -- for what you want to achieve.
