Experiment to test user behavior please participate
Seochat members are conducting a simple experiment to see if user behavior is making a difference to SERP results. PLEASE do not just come up with reasons why it wont work.
Type the following keyword into google. Please do not write the keyword in a reply to this post as it will distort the results as this page will appear in the search
keyword:
dAifAfee foArd liAncAoln merAcurAy (Leave the "A" out)
and then click on this website only
website: www.laAndoAfliAncoAlns-truAckAsusAa.com (Leave the "A" out)
Please visit at least one other page on the website before leaving the site. Repeat as often as like over the next month or so.
The website has started at position 9 in google for this search. The test is to see if clicking on this website from multiple locations around the world and the increase in traffic results in the website climbing higher in SERPs.
I have set this post up as a poll. If you are participating please choose yes in poll (just to give some idea how many people are clicking).
For the background behind this poll read this thread

gazzahk is this site is using Google Analytics?
And folks don't click back to google. Just leave the page open for like 2-3 minutes then click to another on the site.
EDIT: Hmm I want a site like that - I like cars and trucks

Done...
btw, arent you testing this one for "note this" clicks as well that pops up when a user is signed in from some or the other google account?
Infact that also a controversial feature, while many believe that also helps around with SERPS, but for some its just another hyperlink made for the ease of visitors and a small benefit for sites at pages other then "1"

Also please don't check the rankings for this result. If the same IPs who are clicking keep checking it may lead Google to believe they are still looking and so may effect the experiment. That is just my opinion but might as well be safe than sorry.
Also don't try and raise the listing by clicking it ten times, this could arose suspicion.

I hope anybody participating in this experiment realizes that he/she has to look like a natural searcher.
In fact, I really checked out the prices of the cars, because I found it interesting. USA has 5 times bigger GDP per capita than my country but the cars are 2 times cheaper. Tomorrow I will check different cars .

No Google now uses visitor tracking so that it can determine whether users are getting what they want. Yes if you click on it the personalized search could kick in. That is why I said for people to do it once and not do the search again.
