    Domain Name Redirection

    Hi everyone

I have registered couple of domain names which have the primary keywords as part of the domain name. Do i have to have websites working on these domain names or is there a way to redirect them to my other main domain name and reap the benefits of these new domain names (which include my primary domain name as well).

I will try and give an example here:

If my existing domain name is (financialservices) and i specialize in home loans. If i got two new domain names (homeloans) and (gethomeloans), how do i use these two new domain names? Is it better to redirect them in a specific way to (financialservices) or have new websites working for these new domain names?

    301 redirect
but you will not benefit anything from they keywords in it. Would be a bit too easy, no?

    mj is right.

There are only 2 ways I can think of in which you could benefit from them:

    1. From "type in queries" (ie: user enters financialservices.com in his browser bar in the hope that the domain exists).

    2. Build real sites on those domains and link from them to your main one. Problems with this are:
    a. If on same server the links will not be so valuable.
    b. The same content on your main domain would probably pay more dividends.
