Does the often change of title break the indexation?
I have to recently update my blog and increase its stuff. With this I need to contantly change the title - to be content related. So my question is how the title changing reflects over the indexation of my page? Is there something I should beware from?

The next time your site is indexed. You can viewed cached version of your site to see if Google saw the change. Index rate depends on many items, such as your PageRank.

Changing the title shouldn't have any negative effect on indexing.

If your updating your blog...try using categories, this way you won't need to change titles.
As stated above it won't effect the indexing but it could affect the ranking.

Can someone give an example of category code? I can get in on my mind how its form was looking like.

Permalinks are the part of each web address that comes after the domain name, pointing to a specific article on that website and they serve a few purposes, when correctly composed they give people an idea of what your article is about, just by seeing the article title in the web address. They do the same for search engines, helping them to ascertain the topic of a page just by reading the URL.
