Does different version of site effect google optimization.`

    Dear All,

I have a website which is totally in english and is been

optimized according to that with all the keywords and metatags.

Now i am launchimg my site in italian as well as portuguse version.

For this convertion i am doing it programatically as if one will click to

italian version then the page will automatically convert to italian version.

So the same page will be converted to italian.

Now i wont to know that as i have optimized my site in english do i have to

    optimize it for italian also.

Also i have a single file which will be converted to italian version so how can i

    optimize it for italian.

Yes optimize for the 3 languages, but dynamically change the meta-tags for the correspondent keywords/language on the displayed page.

Be careful because some times Google can't index some dynamic pages.

About the translation some times you might have to translate a little different just to keep the SEO optimization in the several languages.
