Deindex an irrelevant image/url from Google Image Search

    Hello,
Is there any process to de-index images from Google image search for a specific keyword?

I have seen most of irrelevant images referring my blog site.

Just adding on to this, whilst this will stop them ranking for this keyword, it will stop them ranking for all keywords. If you want them to stop ranking for the current keyword, you'll need to change the filename/image/alt tags.

Those images are also indexing for their appropriate keywords, so i don't want to deindex them. What about a specific keyword?

File name, image and alt tag, all are related to the content of their page.

Say I have a blog site built with WordPress. Assume that one blog post (about X) have some suggestions(about Y and Z) on right sidebar or end of the post with their featured images. And those featured images of suggested posts (Y and Z) are also indexing with the keyword of original blog post (X). So, how can I deindex the image of Y and Z, when anyone made a search for X?
