Creating Links to my site - Please Help! Keywords

I have decided to go with 3 key phrases for my home page. Financial Statement, Financial Analysis, & Financial Budgeting. Do I need to create links from other sites for all 3 phrases or can I use all the words in one link? Example: Financial Statements Analysis Budgeting.
Will commas screw me up?
Bottom line, will Google see each word in a link as a seperate keyword or do they group the entire linking phrase as the keyword?

Whatever makes sense on the page where the links will appear.

Does Google break down each word in the linking text as a seperate keyword or do they see the entire phrase as the keyword?
