I don't use that method (I found it on a site)....however it would be a good technique to use as a last resort to place keyword into existing content and just need to know if that would be spamming.

    thanks

I don't really know, but I doubt it.

There are legitimate reasons to have text repeated on each page. I have some text that shows up at the top of each page, and also some standard text that shows up on the left hand side for any pages that don't need a sub-menu. It's just part of the site design - has nothing to do with trying to get search engine rankings.

It looks like the paragraph you quote is there to manipulate the search engines, but I doubt Google would try to penalize that - it's just not clear-cut enough. If it becomes a common problem then I can see them handling it the same way they handle redirects -> count it, but only for one page.

Let it be,,,,since those websites are not professional ones..

You have 60 caracters in a TITLE...
    very important for google....

On those words it will rank higher then on the body text like this !!
Body text is just a fraction of the total weight, and it is better to create a body text with " phrases inside created with mixing the title keywords " !!

(or the other way arround...as long the combination is there !!!!!!!)

    Those do have effect....

    regards, hans

That paragraph is there as a default on a dynamically created page. if you don't specify your meta fields it pulls the ones from the intro page and uses those so you dont have empty meta content, i dont think it was the intention of the webmaster as much as the lack of time to create specific META for individual pages.
