Compititor created duplicate site (steal my whole site - image, content)

Today I am shocked when I see that someone else have created duplicate site (my sites mirror site) - everything copied from my site.

my site dataentryindia.com & someone created arisecomputers.com for just harm my ranking in SERP.

Now what to do??? can google penalize my site ? I cant found even that company details in whois or domaintools. Domain have created in recently december 06.

In contact page they use even my site info (all text is hidden)

I think one of my compititor did the same in a view to down my ranking.

What's your suggestions ?

Report it to Googles spam team

You could always look up their whois details and get your lawyers onto them and the company that is hosting their site (the hosting company is http://www.atjeu.com/ call them up and go mad at them, they will more than likely cut the site off)

For what it's worth, your site looks a lot nicer.

Now, what's sad, is that top right graphic underneath the Live Chat graphic (on their site). You can actually see the faded out person that was used in your image. Seriously... that's just sad.

I can only recommend what's already been recommended. Try to find out who owns the domain and yeah, as suggested, do what you can do get that site taken down.

I've known many instances where other companies have ripped off other people's work (photography, icons, logos, you name it). Sad how people stoop that low.

The best way is to contact the hosting compny, hosting companies dont like troubles at all, whenever you tell them about that they will suspend the account.

Dont worry that much about getting Google penalty

I thinks you might be victim of rank attack. There’s almost nothing a competitor can do to harm your ranking or have your site removed from G's index.

You might be afraid of duplicate content hoping that the duplicates are recognized and that the search engines cannot decide which copy should be indexed, filtering the competitor’s sites. But, Google is very good at recognizing duplicates and at finding (and keeping) the original copy.

Ive read that the other search engines Yahoo! and MSN are good at this but Google goes more on number of links

Just for future referance,, i actually wouldnt do anything if a competitor stole all the content from my site.

In fact i would be happy about it becuase google will know it is duplicate content and penalise their site. The minuite they put a bit of effort into the site and produce fresh content, they can compete with you in the rankings, so i wouldnt encourage that.
