I would prefer .org over .info not for seo purposes but because IMO .info have a bad name. They are highly spammed by BHs because they are so cheap so I would definitely go with the .org. But it is your choice.
As far as google seo goes if you get the right links the ext isn't going to stop you from getting indexed or ranked.
About the keywords in the domain. That totally depends... is the domain spammy looking like www.seo-sem-sep-ranking-methods.com ?
Or is it like this www.seo-ranking-methods.com ?
The latter would be fine. The first not only looks stupid, spammy and unprofessional but I think Google can see it too.

I'd never use .org, .biz, .net domains. I have yet to see one legit site using .info. When you market your site, you want to have a domain name that is easy to remember. Most people still don't think .org has anything to do with web address.
Keywords in domain names have little value in seo. If you really want to stuff some keywords in your url, you can try something like: www.mydomain.com/kw1-kw2.htm
Having many "-" in your domain name looks pretty spammy. I know it is hard to find a desired .com name, but if you think creatively, you may find something that's good.

I respect visio but I have to disagree with him and agree with the above written by "gobeyond"...
The value of a keyword is so little that it can be easily outweighted through other factors. It is far more valueable to create a nice good sounding and looking brand name and get the .com domain for it.
The clickthrough you get is impressive. If people see too much keyword stuffed titles and domain names in the SERPs, they look for something special if they see a brand name they check it out.
Also, a brand name is more rememberable than www.kw1-kw2-kw3-kw4.com. So if you make a good impression for the first time, you get returning visitors and buyers.
And the funny thing is...In my case I created a successful brand because there was no domain like www.kw.com available.
And now the "not so successful" domain owners (like www.mymainkeyword.com) are coming to me and want to sell their great domains. Of course, I am buying them and redirecting to mine. And more traffic again...
