Question Changing link text
Hi,

I was planning to put a backlink to my website on an other blogs footer. A little script i wrote can change the anchor text on every page. The blog has about 10.000 pages indexed in google. with a page rank of 2-3.

Is it use full to have my link in different link texts on 10k pages from 1 website? or is google gonna mark this as spam

not all pages are related.

Related links for example of garden site are sites about: trees, flowers, etc? or just other sites about gardens? Am i right?
Reactions(with link) on blog with a high PR are they usefull?

the site is hosted on the same Ip as my site is that a problem to?
