Changing content / product / brand on domain

I have a client that has a site that has a PR3 in google with about 15 pages. He is going to launch a new product and wants to use this domain. The domain name contains his company name but the content will be very different.

Example: currently if you visit the site you learn about ABC123 Aircraft. ( ABC123 is just an example company name ). The domainname is ABC123 dot com. So as you can imagine you can learn all kinds of stuff about Aircraft. Well, now he wants to promote a line of healthcare related products. So, when we push up the site to the domain there will be about 1200 pages and will have nothing to do with Aircraft.

I thought I would just keep those 15 indexed page names and just swap them out for new content.

    Anyone see a problem here?

Are the indexed pages relevant to your new content?

    e.g.

    ABC123 DOT COM/boeing757.html

Wouldn't be very good if it was changed to some healthcare product unless that product had the same or similar name.

If it is relevant then I can't see a problem, Google will probably eat up the new content.

    IMO
