    just add

    <meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow"> to the header.

your links partners may be very unhappy about you trying to deindex your links page.

You will be disallowing any passage of PR to your link partners. It is easy, but not nice, to do.

make a blank page, name it the same as the current page (or put on it "this page has moved"), then link it into your home page, Google will visit, update the cache, and drop the listings.

At this point , delete the page or link or both.

Delete the page then go to the Google remove url page - you'll need to create a user id but it only takes about 5 to 7 days to get a non-existant page removed from the index. (I did it last week). And they'll send you an e-mail to let you know when it's done. (they're getting all cuddly over at G).
