Well there are websites that will create a sitemap for websites, but in terms of which pages are cached by google? then no theres is no ACCURATE tool. You can get a few of the webpages that google has cached by doing the site:websiteurl.com command in the search box, but google will never show all of the information it has on a website unless it is to the owner.
You can then view the information google has on your website (or more accurate information anyway) through google webmaster tools. |

It would be possible to do this on a URL specific level by using PHP's pregmatch() function. It could get a URL and then find the matching string which would be the cached data and report it back.
How much demand is there for this tool? If there is a lot of interest I may create a tool to do this.

Google API. Using this, you can easily access Google database like the cached information of your site pages without getting risk of IP ban due to auto query.
