Bulk domain redirection
Hi,
I purchased multiple domain names for protection purpose through godaddy. Now I want to redirect all of them to my website, but doing so from godaddy admin panel, the redirect type will be 302. I want to have 301, since I think that there will be no trafic on those domains, but any eventual link on them, will be counted by Google as a link to my website. Now, the problem is that I can do so using my hosting provider, but he will charge me monthly for every new apache user. Is there any other way to redirect the domain names, without having more than 1 apache user? I'm not an expert in such things so this is why I'm asking. My hosting provider adviced me to buy an apache user for every domain name (is in his interest, right? Thank you, Sopra Last edited by Sopra Tutt1 : December 14th, 2006 at 05:26 AM. |

Change host. Buy a good hosting plan with cPanel and redirect 301 or park the domains. Easy.
