Today i search on Google about a query and here are some results with abc.blogspot.com › abc › abc like url structure. I want to know more about it. How can i apply it on my blogspot domain.

this is called breadcrumbs. AFAIK if you have breadcrumbs navigational items in your page google might decide to display the search results like you describe.
