Black Hat SEO

Hello,

I'm currently in the midst of an SEO project for a wedding site. In my research, I've come across a site that I believe to be utilizing "Black Hat" techniques to have top rankings in multiple cities.

What are your thoughts? How does this pass Google's watchmen?

My thoughts are that even if this site ranks well, the poor quality of the content would deter people from clicking through (or coming back after the first round).

Just looks like poor web design to me. Most of those links at the bottom are just to internal pages on his own site. Looks like he is trying to pump some juice to them to get them indexed. If this guy is your main compaetator you should be able to win...

This is not black hat seo but this is only bad design without good on page seo .
if this web site is your competitor then you will surly win the game.

Great. It must be quite relaxing to you. If the site owner is using back hat and outranking you. Then he may be lurking in this thread also. You just helped him by giving/getting advices on his contents and design and yeah few clicks to his site also.

As we all know that home page is one of the best way to attract our visitors and only content have a capability to convert your visitor into customers. But this site is not in a proper manner.
