There are so many tools out there doing this, that I beleive everyone on this forum could name at least two and never repeat what others suggested

If you want a software that will do all the reporting for you (check keywords etc) then I highly recommend "Advanced Web Ranking".
We use it to run our keyword reports to send to clients as it
1) gives correct keyword possions,
2) is always kept up-to-date with the latest search engine updates etc,
3) support team are spot-on and always there to help,
4) you can customize your reports to suite you and each of your clients
We only use AWR for keyword reports as we have a number of clients to do reports for each month, but you can do so much more with AWR so its worth a look and I beleive they still do a free trial copy for 2 weeks so you can have a test run with the full thing
Hope thats what your after, if not just give more details and Im sure people will recommend something you can use. Also you could do some searching for what you want and post a list of what you find to see if others have used them and whats best!?

Apart from #3 what is the difference between what you rec and what is availble in Google Analytics/Webmaster etc.
