What is the Best SEO optimized blogging software? I found Jeff Johnson's seo wordpress installation which looks pretty good. Anyone found something better?

Well I'm guessing you mean best for Google considering tahts' the forum you put it in.

The best is the one that you create yourself. Wordpress is the most popular and can be stripped down to a really basic level. Then you add a few (not all) plugins to help you along the way and BANG, done, optimized. All sites will have certain nuances that are important to keep in mind.
