    Ban scroogle!

A couple of months hard work on some newer commmerce ventures seems to have worked (in an odd sort of way). I'm now top10 and often no1 for just about all the targetted terms but...only in scroogle because of the google crap! Now - if it wasn't for Scroogle I probably wouldn't have realised this. I'm now very depressed. Ban Scroogle says I!!!

So why do you wanna ban scroogle??? Because it shows the Google mess??

I dont think it's such a bad thing. Helps me compare why some got banned and some didn't.

I was hoping it'd be obvious it was just silliness. The suggestion was I wouldn't be depressed about it all if I didn't know the 'true' results and wouldn't know them without scroogle. None of it quite true and the bad attempt at humour becomes even worse when you have to explain it

It was a bad attempt at humour to start. Still...if you don't laugh...

hey, i got the joke. and i can relate even more than before now. i just realized after looking at scroogle, that one of my brand new sites, which hadn't had a chance to rank yet, WOULD be ranking at number 6 without the filter. DARN! it would have been great to see that new site up on the first page. but alas, it is confined to siberia along with my other sites.

also, ironically, i just got emailed by a client that i do programming for, wondering if i would be interesting in seo'ing one of his friend's sites. heck, at this point, i'd be scared to say yes, but a month ago i would have been happy as a clam to get that email. sigh...............
