HI every one

I have a question , should I get backlinks from related web sites or not ? i mean , If I get links from not related web sites , is it efficient ?

Relevance is one of the things passed via links. Another is PageRank. Yet another, and possibly the most valuable, is trust. If you can get a link from highly trusted website, certainly grab it, whether relevant or not. Think BBC, CNN, The NY Times etc. -- those links could do wonders for you!
